Alright. Hi, everyone. Thanks for doing this. I really still have some people that are, signing in, but I wanted to kick us off, to make sure we have enough time to cover our demo today and make sure we give you guys plenty of time to ask your questions. So welcome to our Spotlight series today. We're covering Aura on Moose on Moose to say, the AI driving go to market mastery. We have back with us today. If you can see our Aura session, Joanna, who leads, her product marketing, for Aura and then Chris who is headed out products team, for the Aura product as well here at Seismic. And I'm Lauren. I'm just the host for these. I I will just kind of quickly go through the agenda and some housekeeping slides, and then I will pass it over to Joanna and Chris for the needs of the webinar and the things that we're most excited about to hear today. So I did it today. We're gonna highlight some things from the latest scores to report. So what does state of AI mean for revenue enablement? You'll see in the back section here of the webinar, you can access this report, that you can read after the webinar, or have it up, to a webinar. It's completely up to you. But, also, we'll be sending an email after this, tomorrow with the recording and all these docs as well. So you'll have plenty of places to reference to. One of the other two, what's new with for AI. So, Chris, you can take us through the new features that were released in our last release, and then we're gonna go into the demo. So this is gonna show you how all the new features come together to the lens that we're gonna come in. And then we'll finish up with some road map. We show the vision that we're going, into or with. And then the shifts come in, which is that that shifts and tracks around AI at shifts and a special discount code if we're not calling us yet. And then as usual, we'll end with the q and a. Hopefully, that's just a minute question if you press through time. So that'll be about twenty minutes. But before we kick it off, just some housekeeping. As you ask your questions throughout the webinar or through the q and a session, please ask them in the q and a tab if you would have a question for the panel. If you do not have a question for the panel, then you can put it in chat if it's just conversational. Also, they're expensive, so close any browser that you might have open, so that you get the best flow of the webinar. And then we'll be launching some polls throughout, and we really, appreciate your discussion and interaction with those polls. So, yeah, without further ado, I will take it over to Joanna to take a look. Hello, everyone. Before we dive into the new Aura features, I wanted to ground us in some research that puts today's conversation in context. Forrester recently looked at how companies are using AI and revenue enablement, and a few insights really stood out to us. First, sellers are still only spending 20 threat 23% of their time actually selling. The rest is eaten up by research, admin work, and hunting for the right content. So it's no surprise that the number one impact area for AI is around productivity and giving time back to those sellers to focus on their customers. The second insight from for this Forrester research is how companies are applying AI. Here you can see top performing companies already leaning leaning into AI. On the left, you can see 75% of high performers are using AI to make customer facing content more efficient. Going back to that first insight, this means, again, less time on that admin work, more time in front of buyers. And then then on the far right, you see 77% are using AI to better understand customer needs and wants, whether that's through conversational intelligence, sentiment analysis, or identifying content gaps. And the good news for all of us here is that according to this research, enablement is uniquely positioned to lead this AI shift. When it comes to deploying AI tools, they think that revenue enablement leaders are far better positioned to leverage their capabilities than other heads, and that's because they have these three things. First, they have clean content and data. Second, trusted workflows and systems in place that have AI built in. That foundation makes teams like yours AI ready in a way that other areas just aren't. It's also a big part of the reason that Aura AI is built into Seismic. It's our AI intelligence layer across the entire platform, and it's already the place that you have the clean content. You have the data. You have the trusted workflows. So it just makes sense that layering AI on top of those workflows can help you capture those productivity gains. I know we covered a brief amount of the insights here, but, again, as Lauren said, if you want the four four full Forrester report, it's available in the docs section, and will be sent out afterwards. Now before we get into the features specifically, I wanted to very quickly zoom out for a moment and show you all how Seismic is building AI and our strategy. I already mentioned Aura AI as the intelligence layer across the platform, but I wanted to show you what that really looks like and how it's built. So it starts down here in the bottom left bucket, the seismic data foundation bucket. This is your trusted seismic content and connected data. Everything you do is grounded in that foundation and not the broader web. Next to that, you'll see the external LLMs bucket. This means that we are a multi cloud platform, and we use multiple vendors to meet our clients' needs. On top of that sits our foundational AI layer. This bucket holds our enterprise grade security, compliance, and things like user permissions that ensure that the right content is being shown to the right users, and at the right time. Above that are our Aura AI AI agents and APIs. I think of this as kind of the brains of the system. These are the things that power role play agent, which you'll see later today, generative search inside Seismic, and then extending those, agents into third party integrations like Slack, Teams, Outlook, Salesforce. And the magic of this strategy is that as you can see, it all builds from the bottom up. And anywhere your teams works, Seismic can be extended. So that's whether that's in third party interfaces or other agent frameworks like Copilot, AgentForce, or even your own internally built agent. We plug right in and add that layer of AI enablement intelligence. So with that, I'm going to pass the mic over to Chris to deep dive into the features that were released earlier this summer. Awesome. Yes. Thank you, Joanna. Appreciate that. So going into the features we just released, we've come out with a number of new AI features over the last year. We're focused in on a couple of them today that were released earlier this year in June. So we've come out with our AI role play agent. This functionality was built to enable your sellers and go to market professionals to really prepare for an engagement as well as ensure that they understand the different collateral and content you're trying to train them on. So this role play agent can be invoked in a number of ways. You can put it after a lesson or you can configure this role play so a seller or go to market individual can prepare, let's say, for a client call, a client onboarding call or a cold call to a customer. What it can do here is it can provide the ability for you to set up different scenarios for your salesperson to take grounded in your context from Seismic. So it could be on certain topics where you want them to be able to pitch a certain product, for example. So you can dynamically ground the role play in your documents from Seismic, your context. You can also configure detailed role play scenarios with the ability to help steer the seller and get them back on track if they deviate from how they're supposed to communicate with the AI agent and avatar. So this is a a two way chat with an AI virtual agent. And at the end, after this conversation, they receive instantaneous feedback in terms of what went well, what did not go well, and how they can improve moving forward. So they get that really quick cycle time, between practicing and improvement before they actually go out and engage with their customers in the field. So this role play agent, is is available today, in early access. I'm gonna go on to the next functionality. We have also brought out our chat with Aura AI functionality. This capability has been focused on bringing the benefits of semantic searching. So in Seismic, we've had, you know, for years, as as our as our customers have used the platform traditionally for things like content management, learning management, and training, ability to help you find the right information in your in your flow of work for both enablers but also for salespeople. We've, in the last year and a half, come out with more natural language based approaches for you to do searching to not only find documents to find answers to your questions. We've now taken that to another step with the ability to chat with Aura to do multi turn conversations and ask follow-up questions to really narrow down and find the information that you need, in your flow of work. This is really important when you're act interacting with AI and AI agents to provide it with the proper context. So the ability for you to drill down and and continue that chat to find the the right answer and really customize it for your use case is super impactful. We also enable you to invoke from the chat the ability to say customize your response, find the right information, then share that usually out with your buyers or your end customers through creating a DSR or live send from the chat. And from this, all of the answers are grounded in your compliant context that has been permissioned for your users. So you can ensure that the answers are coming from the documents you have curated and they're fully cited. So the user can go back to the source if they wanna dive deeper into that document. So this is our chat functionality. It's currently available in early access to our Aura customers. We also released, you know, and really expanded the interfaces that we're in. So as Joanna mentioned before, we really wanna meet you in your flow of work. So whether you're engaging in the core seismic web app, which is where the chat functionality is mainly available, we wanted to expand that to your other interfaces that your your teams operate in. Some of the core interfaces we hear that our customers use day to day, we use at Seismic as well, are applications like Slack and Teams. So we have released our enhancements to our Slack app, bringing Aura into Slack in June. This enables the ability to do semantic search within the Seismic Slack app. So you can simply install the Seismic Slack app, into your Slack instance. You can directly converse with Seismic, and ask questions and get answers, semantic, semantic questions and get answers in natural language with full citations, within the Slack app. That's great. But the other thing we've enabled here is the ability to have, an only active listener. So you can configure our Seismic app to be in your sales channels where sellers or go to market individuals are often asking questions, let's say, about your products. They can just ask those questions like they would today. And instead of requiring, let's say, a product manager on your side to answer the question, the bot will actually listen, for a question. And if it detects its business related, it will respond, in turn with an answer from your seismic content. So this functionality is is available today, to use for our, our or our customers, and we're seeing great adoption with it. We've also come out with similar capabilities in Teams. So in Teams, Teams is architected a bit differently. So not all of the features are available, but we do allow you to directly converse, with Seismic, in Teams in a couple of different ways. You can install the Seismic app into Teams and you can directly converse with the Seismic app, ask a natural language question and get a response back with full citations. The listener functionality is not available, in teams. It's more of a limitation on the on the team side. That's something we'll look to add, in the future as well. And lastly, but not not least, we understand, you know, vast majority of our customers are on the Salesforce ecosystem, and there's a huge push to move towards agentic systems overall. Hence, the features we just talked about. Well, as your company start to leverage agentic systems with your sellers, one of the first places we're seeing in is through the Salesforce interface with AgentForce. So we wanted to do is provide the enablement functionality for your users directly in the Salesforce platform, extending upon what we've done for years with our Salesforce embedded app, our predictive content, and move into the AI first era with support for Agent Force. So we have a seismic for Agent Force package that we support today. We actually, launched this earlier in the spring. We're one of the partner zeros for Salesforce. I've spoken a number of their events. And you can install the Seismic for AgentForce topic and use a number of functions from the Seismic platform. So to Joanna's slide before where we can surface our AI functionalities in any any interface, I mean, you anywhere you are. In in Salesforce, we enable a number of functionalities that go beyond just finding the right content. It enables you to do things like adding content to a digital sales room, asking questions about your prior meetings, tracking engagement on your digital sales room in a lot of sense. So it's really the ability to take additional actions within the platform, and we'll be exposing more and more of these through the different agentic interfaces, whether it be our core app, Slack, Teams, Salesforce, as we go forward. And then, you know, obviously, people are using a bunch of agentic systems. Microsoft is also a close partner of ours. We have an integration that has been available, for a period of time. We just wanna make you all avail aware of it within the m three sixty five, ecosystem. A lot of companies, you know, are using both Salesforce m three sixty five at the same time for different purposes or using internal systems as well. We have, a seismic agent that's available within m three sixty five that you can use in tandem with the out of the box agents in the m three sixty five ecosystem, and it can bring the answers from the Seismic ecosystem as your source of truth for go to market collateral and content into your into your Microsoft experience. So when your ends customer sorry, your end seller has a question, let's say on what's the price of this product, how can I position this with my buyer, they can direct that to the Seismic agent directly in the Copilot applications, in particular Teams and Copilot web? This will expand over the coming months into other e into other interfaces as well like PowerPoint and Excel as we continue our partnership with Microsoft with their Copilots. That's a lot of slide where what I really want to do here is go over to a demo so you can see some of this in action. So here's a quick demo for you to view. Hey, everyone. We're gonna walk through a quick demonstration of where Aura AI can meet go to market team members wherever they may be working, whether it's in Seismic, Salesforce, Slack, different areas they might find themselves in, in their flow of work. To start off, we'll be in Seismic's web application. You might be familiar with Aura AI's, search capability. I can ask a quick question, maybe around a certain product line or certain sales situation, and get that response from Aura using the content I have access to and is published, as my base here. What we've added is this ability to now ask a follow-up, so I can get a little bit more specific about my query. Right? Maybe I've understood just the summarized information, but but I wanna get a little bit deeper around, you know, how do I sell this to a certain persona. I now have this aura sidebar, to help me dig that layer deeper and have a little bit more of that back and forth with Aura to get the specific answer I'm looking for. And where I might find myself quite frequently as a rep is in Salesforce and potentially reviewing an opportunity here in this example. Now I can still access Seismic's Search from the embedded application here. But now with Seismic integration with Salesforce, I can very quickly tap into some of that contextual seismic information directly within Salesforce here. Could be something like, show me what happened or what engagement has been going on in the DSR, or, you know, I could say, hey. What happened on the last meeting with this deal? Agent four should now fetch into Seismic meetings, find the most recent meeting that has occurred, and provide that summary of what happened or any action items, next steps, that occurred to help better prepare me for, you know, an upcoming meeting with Edge Technology in this scenario. Now let's say I'm preparing for that upcoming meeting. I understood what happened on the previous meeting. I've got some questions answered by Aura and found some information. But what better way to prepare myself than to actually go through a role play? Now with Seismic AI role play functionality, I can do just that, where I can then mimic or go through this call flow, with an AI agent here. Hi there. Can you tell me a bit about Fortress AI and what makes it stand out in the cybersecurity market? Absolutely. Fortress AI uses predictive threat intelligence to get ahead of potential threats and predict them before they even occur. How does this predictive threat intelligence work in practice? I may need to review that or bring in an expert to help talk a little bit more about predictive threat intelligence, and we can schedule that for our next call. You'll see if I take the conversation in the incorrect direction or maybe don't give the best response, Role play will actually catch me, and give me an opportunity to learn as I go and maybe suggest what I should be, saying instead. And then upon completion of this role play, I get a full report around what did I do well, right, what what should I continue to do, and then some areas of improvement. Right? What can I work on in my pitch? So I have that takeaway to go into my meeting with Edge Technology, around how I should maybe pitch or questions I should ask or customer stories I could reference, to make this meeting as impactful as possible. Now let's say I'm actually in that meeting with Edge Technology, and the prospect asked me a question that I don't know the answer to or I'm not sure of the answer. Right? I could come to Seismic, ask that question. You You know, sometimes I might go to a Slack channel and wait for an expert to get back to me. But it's gonna take me a while to get that answer back to my prospect. Instead, I can come directly to Slack and actually have a private conversation with Seismic to ask that question directly to Seismic, leverage Aura AI Search capability, to then find me the answer. Upon asking that question, we use the same Seismic Aura AI Search capability to tap into the content I have access to and use that natural language processing to actually provide an answer to that question and even still reference the sources even within the context of Slack. Awesome. Well, hopefully, that demo hopefully, that demo was, helpful, for you all to see the features in action. We're now going to do a quick poll, to see which of the capabilities were of interest, for you all and what you're most excited for. So please, enter your votes into the poll, and we can see how that shakes out with a larger crowd. I think we have close to 400 people registered today. Oh, the votes are still coming in, but it's slowing down. It looks like we have a role play agent with the highest interest, which is great, followed up by integration into Teams. That's interesting. I'm surprised almost see Teams ahead of Slack, but that's great to learn. Thank you very much, for the feedback. With that, we're gonna go into our road map. So, this is a quick sneak peek at what's coming out in the future. We have a lot of, items that will be announced in the near future, but here's a quick look what we have coming. So today, we, you know, we we talked about and you saw briefly the ability to chat with Aura to do multi turn search capabilities. We are now building out, a functionality to have an aura assistant or aura agent available anywhere you are in the Seismic platform. This will operate you'll see in the in the screen here, there's an an AI icon. You can invoke that anywhere within the size of the application, and you can invoke Aura, with you in that part of the application. This gives you AI at your fingertips no matter where you are in the platform, and we're infusing this with a number of new capabilities, as we build out the product. So today, this isn't a closed pilot. It provides you with the ability to not only do searches and ask questions, but it provides you with starter prompts, frequently asked questions and prompts from other users. And we'll be building out additional capabilities as we get into the fall to have it be contextually aware of where you are in the application and be able to do more and more actions. So the goal here is to provide users the ability to do close to any action they do in the platform all through the chat and have it be aware of what they're looking at on the screen. Today, this is really just our chat functionality a bit on steroids where we're gonna build it out over time for the users. So this is in closed pilot. If you're an Aura customer today, we'd love, for you to experience it. I'm gonna kick it over to Joanna, for the next slide. Yes. I'm very excited about this one. This is a really big step forward next season. We're introducing a team of Aura agents. So we've already discussed role play agents, which you guys are all very excited about, and alluded to agents in the strategy slide and within Agent Force. But the team has been really working hard on building out a set of specialized Aura agents, each designed and hyper focused on a specific high value workflow that you or your team has. So think about use cases like finding the right content, personalizing a pitch deck, prepping for a customer meeting, answering a data related question. Instead of having to stitch together these answers manually, these agents are being built to take on these tasks, and they are deeply enablement focused. So Aura is evolving from this single assistant or search flow into a team of AI agents that are work working together, to do more for you and get more done for you. So it means you'll be able to move from question to action or preparation to execution in far less time with the aid of these agents and more to come this fall. Passing it back to you, Chris. Yeah. Thanks, Joanna. Beyond bringing additional functionalities through the agents and making them at your fingertips, we also want to expand the modality through which your users engage with the seismic platform. We understand today it's predominantly very text based. Also some videos that you curate. We understand that people learn, in different ways or ingest information in different ways. So we want to make that available to users both on our web app and our mobile app as we move forward. In fall, we and actually today, we're we're opening up a closed pilot for the ability to leverage podcasts within playbooks or pages in Seismic. So your seller will be able to not only read the playbooks you create, but listen to them through an audio podcast where you as an enabler have curated that experience for them. You've compiled the information, what this product or event is on. You have linked documents. Well, we can generate a quick podcast that the sellers demand on that content if they'd rather ingest that information in that manner. If they'd like to have a podcast they listen to, you know, when they're on the go, that's great. So you have to read everything in front of them. This here is a functionality we're looking to expand, across the platform and our different app experiences in the future, but we're we're rolling out, this into a closed pilot, for pages to start, and we'd love your feedback on it. So please reach out if you're interested. Alright. I'm going to kick it over to Lauren. A lot of what we just talked about, will be further discussed at Shift. So over to her. Thanks, Chris. Yeah. So, anyone who has not already signed up for Shift, This is our I don't know about shift. It's our biggest event of New Year. Normally, we do in October, but we, moved into September this year. So if you have not, understood that you would or still you still wanna go or you just haven't done a time to do so, I just want to check a special discount code of 50% off tickets. So, use code spotlight. Again, it's where all and we've always come together, share ideas, and we kinda give you the vision and our future for, five minutes and the rest of the year. So we would love to see you there. And for those of you that are already registered, I hope to see you there. I will be at the community group, so come and say hi to me. But also, I will take it over to Joanna or give you an idea if you're super interested in learning more about Aura AI. This is the kind of track that we're having, for Aura AI, and then I can talk a little bit more about that too. Sorry. I was on mute. Yes. I'm very excited about this. Since you guys are all here, and care so much about AI, we figured we may as well give you kind of a glimpse and package up all of the great goodness that is Aura AI focused that's coming at shift. So first is this Aura AI AI, which we're really excited about. This is basically your chance to try out the latest and greatest features, beyond even what you've seen here. A lot of those agents and also so not not only try them out, but also learn about them and ask questions, from our team of experts. So Chris will be there, along with other PMs that support these features. Second here is breakout sessions. I believe we have 35 different breakout sessions, and, a quarter of these at at least are AI focused. And they range all areas of the platform. So AI within DSRs, AI within coaching, AI within, integrations like Salesforce, and the kind of, like, under the hood of AI as well. And then lastly, here are our brain dates. So this is your chance to talk directly with a PM expert, about any AI topic that they've chosen or that you want to bring to them. Some of the brain dates I thought were really interesting that I've included below are building lessons with AI, grading with AI, AI strategy, and many more. Hope to see you there. And with that, I think we're ready for q and a. Awesome. Chris, lots of questions for you here. Brace yourself. Really great questions, though. I will start at the top. So let's see. Sorry. I'm gonna actually scroll. What languages does AI role play work for today? I think I answered that question. Can you guys see the answers in the in the q and a? Yes. So, I believe that's only to one person versus everyone here. Interesting. Okay. Well, that's my bad. So, we support AI role play in English, today. It's an early access. We wanna make sure it works well in that language. Also, get it in your hands to give us feedback. We do plan to expand to other languages in the near future. And so I think the platform supports around 20 languages. We're gonna gradually roll out to those languages over the coming months, but English connect for the early access phase. Awesome. Quite a few questions on integrations. So I will go through and try to group them together. The first is on, Seismic Copilot. Question is around, making it easy so sorry. They're looking to make content available within Seismic Copilot. The question is, is it possible to create links that we can trace and get data on after a seller finds the right content? When you say links, and I don't know actually if I could tell if I ask a question. I'll give a as detailed an answer as possible here. So if you're in Teams or Copilot or Slack, and let's say you ask a question and Seismic provides an answer with documents back, the user is provided with, an answer and also citations back to the Seismic system where they can click the link and then they will be delivered back to the page in Seismic. We are working on additional reports, that will be coming out. We have some limited reports coming out, in a few weeks and some more coming out later this year that will give you insights into what types of questions are being asked through these different channels and what sources are being used from them. I hope that answers the question. Awesome. And apologies. I did not realize that everyone could see the answers. So I'm gonna try skipping through the unanswered ones. Let's see. Digital ticket for shift twenty twenty five. I think that's a question for Lauren. Is there a digital ticket for shift? So there is that when it's a digital ticket, I don't know if I mean, like, do you actually get a digital ticket? So there's a app that way, download and check-in through that. You check-in that way. And it's just like the discount or if you have not gotten the ticket yet, you can use discount code in the chat, and we'll be in the follow-up. I'm wondering if this is about the non in person version where you can watch, like, an on demand version of Shift. Yeah. The Shift Rock will come out, so people can can, like, send to the sessions and things about later. That will come out other cool reception. Next question is, do you need Aura AI to link to Copilot? I'm assuming that's talking about Microsoft Copilot. Yes. Assuming that's Microsoft Copilot, yes. You need, Aura AI. So today, Aura AI is, sold as an add on, on top of pretty much every existing package we have. So if you're a content or learning customer, Aura AI is available on top. And once you have Aura AI, you get access to all of the AI features we have that are within our platform and then our integrations into other platforms that includes the scientific agent and Microsoft Copilot. And you you would need to install that, within Microsoft Copilot as an additional declarative agent. Awesome. Next question is, can Aura look outside of Seismic? For example, Teams and SharePoint information available to that user or even our own website content. Yeah. It's a great question. So today, Aura can only look within your published content in Seismic. We've really focused on giving high veracity answers to your user's questions off of your off of your, compliant customer facing collateral. In other interfaces, like, for example, the prior question with Microsoft Copilot, if you were to use the Seismic agent in Microsoft Copilot, you could use that as part of a stream of conversation there where you can ask Seismic for the information from Seismic, and you can then ask Microsoft, for example, to search the web or search in your SharePoint and give you a composite answer. But our agent today, both in our interface and other interfaces, only search your compliant Seismic information. If that's something you have interest for us to expand the aperture for that, that's something please give your accounting feedback on it. We'd love to learn more about how you want us to provide high quality answers, but also a larger corpus to your users. Great. Next question is actually in the chat, but I think it's a great one. When will Aura be connected to Seismic learning so that it not only pulls answers from content, but also from lessons? It's a great question. So for unified customers, it will be available, in pilot this fall. So let's say around this late October, November, for customers, you'll be able to get answers from, or off off of your lesson assets learning assets. That's something we're currently working on. And if you're interested in if you're a joint customer or a learning customer, please reach out. We're looking for pilot customers to try the functionality out. Great. This next one, there are actually two questions that are very similar. I'm gonna read them both. But, how can we trust the role play agent is giving the correct feedback that will that aligns with our sales direction? And then another question is, can you include feedback related to competency skills using your own sales competency model or methodology? Yeah. That's a great question. So, in interest of time, we didn't go through the full role play builder experience. We did a quick demo of the the capabilities. The role play capabilities, enable you to, as an enabler, set up a very detailed scenario, where you are able to dictate one, who the prospect is that the person's gonna speak with, what role they have. You can ground it in information from Seismic, so different documents or pages to give it context. Let's say you're chatting on a certain product. You then can actually set up if you want. This is the whole flexibility of the system. We built it sort of enterprise grade. You can use it all or use part of it if you wanna keep it simpler. But if you wanna make it more, more of a a directionally dictated flow, you can actually create different dialogue flows where you want it to go down the agent to go down certain streams in the conversation. Let's say opening, pricing conversation, closing conversation. You can also dictate if the user deviates in certain ways to give them hints automatically during the role play to steer them back. We also enable you, within the role play if you'd like to have flows where you're having a let's say, you're go to marketing visual practice like pitching a deck. So you can see how they're doing actually pitching individual slides and getting feedback on that. So giving you a lot of configuration capabilities in that manner. We can share additional information on how that works, after the call or you can re please reach out on that. We can share a lot of information how you configure these scenarios, for that use case. Love it. Another question going back to integrations. Does AI within Microsoft Teams also return a summary? We turned it on, but it is only returning 12 assets and nothing else. It's a good question. So if you're if you have Aura AI within Microsoft Teams, it will give you a generated answer with citation links. If you are not an Aura AI customer, we do have a Teams app, and it will just give you documents back using our traditional search engine. So that could be the delta you're seeing in the app. I also want to, I only answered half of the prior question. We do have plans. There was a question on skills with role play. We do have plans to integrate role play into skills frameworks. We're gonna talk more about that at our shift conference a bit more on how we will not only be able to give you generic feedback on overall it didn't go well, but we'll also be able to tie that those feedback categories into your skill profiles and into sort of the learners' overall skill, progress progression as well. We're gonna talk more about that at shift, actually, so I'm not gonna spoil that. Okay. Another integrations question. Are questions asked of Aura through Slack, Teams, etcetera, reportable along with responses given? Yeah. Not today. We're gonna be we're building our reports for that. So we're gonna have a version of a report available on our fall release where you can see the questions that were asked and then what was responded with to the user. That will be available in October in our fall release. We are working on additional capabilities, to enable you to even see what sources were highlighted because you may wanna know what sources are actually being used when they're being asked certain questions and give you views into that. That's something that will be later, but the actual questions and answers will be something we'll be providing in our October release. A follow-up to that question is, is there a mechanism by which to rate or adjust responses Ora might give? Yeah. That's a great question. We're currently we didn't go into this, here today. We are currently in a closed pilot, that we will keep going through winter for, an aura settings page component, which will enable you as an enabler to provide permanent grounding context for the agents. At first, our search agent that we showed you today, but the other agents as well, Joanna had, where you can ensure that, you know, you want the bot to maybe respond in this manner. It needs to always know this context about your products, your company, so you can you can essentially steer it in that manner. That's something that we're gonna have on our rolling pilot this fall. If you're interested in that and use Aura AI today, please do reach out. Awesome. When a seismic user asks questions in Aura AI, are the results and reference documents displayed based on the user's Seismic access level? Yes. We will only provide answers based off of what you've permissioned for that user. So if you have, let's say, four profiles in Seismic and the user's only in one profile, the answer will look different to them than another user who is in a different profile. So, yes, it's fully permissioned. That is the the core heart of the system. Love it. Another question on role play. How, does Aura AI role play agent adjust to different markets, I. E. Financial services that work with specific products and compliance requirements? Yeah. That's a great question. So this is the the power of enabling you to essentially build out the role play yourself so you can dictate different scenarios. We have some out of the box scenarios you can use. Like I'll use cold calling as an example. We have about 10 or 12 that you can leverage, to get you started. But you can then customize the different dialogue flows you want. Let's say you're in a in FS and you're an advisor talking to a client, which is very different than a salesperson in SaaS software. So you can create different flows. And additionally, we let you ground the agent in your content and context. You can actually proactively select, let's say, different documents, and then have that be context for the agent that's chatting. So for example, let's say you're chatting with an you're an advisor chatting with a client and you're in financial services, you want the agent to be aware of all of the new financial products you have, you can upload a document with those financial products, and the agent will have that in its context for that conversation. Awesome. Going back to learning, this is more of an idea, but, someone shared that they the Red Cross that they volunteer with uses this feature with Cornerstone, and it is an adaptive learning feature. We're basically testing out based on initial questions. It adapts to the rest of the learning based on what you don't know. Just sharing your feedback on that. I love that. We have heard about adaptive learning, being of interest. So, essentially, customizing different learning paths and journeys for the users based upon their skills or how to announce your different scenarios. That's something that we are exploring from the AI side. I don't have a ton more information. But if you are at shift, I'm happy to speak with you on that for a long period of time and get your thoughts. Love it. Another role play question. Does the role play agent allow for feedback at the end rather than during the exercise? Also, what does the reporting look like to track where someone is consistently providing incorrect information or responses? The use case here would be for a new hire training assessment. Yeah. That's a good question. So the feedback happens in two mechanisms during the role play. There is feedback in the role play. Let's say that I'm a financial adviser talking with my client, and for some reason I start talking about the most recent baseball game and it has nothing to do with my conversation. We can prompt, like, the system, not the actual agent itself, will prompt you to get back on the topic. So that's one way. It's kind of steering mechanism. The other mechanism is after the role play. That's when we give make available to both the manager and the user the feedback on how they did in that scenario. Now on the the recurring instances of how they're performing, this is something, a functionality we're gonna discuss more at shift, but we do have plans for enhancements to sales manager views and dashboards for you to see how people are doing over time in role plays, but also in things like meetings. So we very much wanna give you that continuous coaching element. So that's something we're gonna be announcing at Shift and speaking more towards. That is definitely direction where we're gonna go. This may be one of the last questions. But, will Aura also pull content from posts in channels? That's a great question. The answer is eventually yes. We are I didn't go into this too in-depth. I kind of hinted at it. In our fall release and really announcing at shifts, we're gonna talk about how Aura is contextually aware or anywhere. Joanna and I chatted about this bit earlier. So the context is it cannot only search what's in library, Right? Give you answers for what's published, but it can know when you're on a page and you can have a multi turn conversation on a page, for example. It knows when you're looking at your engagement and you can ask prior meeting questions there. It knows when you ask an analytics question, it can route you to the right self-service report. We are also exploring how we expand the aperture of context from within your Seismic tenant. So there was an earlier question on, you know, what is the corpus of information that's being used for oral? Today, it's the stuff you publish in library. But we know that people also want answers off of stuff they put in a workspace folder or really their contextual workspace. Let's say you're working on a deal and you have documents you're collaborating on. We're gonna be expanding to, like, the agent or the Aura read from there in contextual situations. So we're gradually expanding out from library to workspace. We wanna do in ways where we guarantee the user knows they're not getting answers from unpublished sources, like the the the the verified true information from the enablers. So we're gradually expanding into different places and areas. Channels will be something that comes on that roadmap a bit later after we get it working with things like contextual workspace, because channels are, could be used as essentially, like, open communications between your employees. We need to figure out a way how we sort of show that this is sort of a crowdsource information. That's something that's gonna come. Everything that's inside your platform will eventually be searchable through Aura AI, maybe in different ways or different switches. And then last there was one question hiding at the bottom that I found, and this is the last question unless someone said that's another one. But will meeting recap returns be limited to the user's meetings only? We've recently had some issues with visibility in the meetings feature. Yeah. I see a question. I am not the meetings owner as a product. So when we're talking about meeting recaps, you're talking about meeting summaries and and stuff of that sort. We can follow-up with information on that. I believe you're supposed to be able to see me recaps if you are an attendee on the call in the company. And that's how we would like it to work in the agents as well and ask question on a summary. But we can follow-up with that information. That actually, that could be a a bug. So I'd like for if you can follow-up with your account team, you can loop me in the email if you want as well. We can get to the bottom of it. Great questions. Thank you all. Yeah. Thank you. That was that was awesome. We've seen really great questions there. This is probably one, has out some, last minute things I wanted to, share with you guys. Or they do have a peer to peer session next week. So this is a session amongst your peers to talk about AI and enablement. So if you are using it for and you're seeing, success of it, please join and show that success with the rest of your peers. Or if you're just using AI in different ways and you're in a journey, we'd love to talk about it, and we'll dive into that for a little bit more. Second, there is a survey in the doc section that I'd love for you to fill out, just letting us know how, you what you found, you guys best about the webinar, if you can improve anything moving forward as we have more of these. That's super helpful information for us. And then there is a one last poll. So if you wanna learn more about Aura AI or you'd like your account team to reach out, please let us know. And then we can let your account team know to reach out to you after this webinar. Other than that, I know we'll end a little bit further. So if you're going to shift, you can see there, and join us next month for our spotlight series on self-service reports. Thank you all.
